It is located among beautiful gardens on Alii Drive, one mile stroll to downtown Kona and beaches. Bicycle rentals across the street with drop off zones along Alii Drive. 10.5 miles from Kona Airport.

The property had free parking, laundry, dishwasher, air conditioner in the main room only. The view of the ocean from balcony is nice but really good from parking lot with stairway access right down to the rocky shore-great for sunset! 2 mile walk from downtown. Does have rules for pool and quiet time that is enforced - not a party type place, more for a quiet calm environment. Overall very nice!

Kona Vacation

Great location- very short walk to Kona but far enough out of city centre to avoid congestion and noise. Great condo with a very nice deck area, great pool. Super comfy beds. We had a fantastic stay!

Great location

My family stayed here for two days during our family vacation to Hawaii. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The property was exactly as listed and was in a great location. It was nice to watch the sunset from the lanai in the evening and my kids loved the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We had a great stay in Kona! This rental was a short drive to many great beaches, restaurants, and shopping! The owners were very responsive when we had questions! They were wonderful! We loved the pool after a day of exploring and watching the sunset in the evenings. We would stay again!

Several things we appreciated about our stay at the Ali condos. The condo was clean and as pictured so there were no surprises. Quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM which means there were no loud parties. Very nice pool. Near everything we wanted to do. Clear communication with the host and they checked with us midweek to ask if everything was OK. Yes, I would stay here again and I would recommend it to friends and family.
