Owner stores their own car in the parking stall, please park in any visitor parking stall with a displayed parking pass that can be found in unit. Please keep in mind this is a top floor unit so there are stairs leading up the 3rd floor. There are lots of visitor spaces if needed as well!

We are a close walk to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling or surfing, and a short drive to Magic Sands Beach for playing in the waves and the sand. KTA market is right up the road from us, close enough to walk if you choose. Keauhou Shopping Center immediately close by has a theater, Longs Drugs, several restaurants, other shops & a Post Office.

This condo worked out perfectly for us. Good location on the Kona side of the island. Home was stocked well with cooking amenities and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the deck overlooking a golf course. What was maybe most enjoyable was the chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear that was available. So much more convenient and comfortable than just laying on a towel on the beach! The complex was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The rental was exactly as described and more. The management team was very communicative. It looked amazing and was very clean. The beds were super comfortable, and we had a great view on the patio. They had everything we needed for relaxing at the beach and doing a bit of snorkeling, but we definitely took advantage of the great location to visit the whole island. We would definitely rent this again in the future.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly clean and very well stocked. It literally has everything from beach chairs to coolers, fishing poles, and snorkel gear. This updated unit has very tasteful and elegant decor. Facilities in the complex are as described and well-maintained. Access to a remote black sand beach that doesn't get a lot of traffic was fantastic. Some of the residents in the area are a little unwelcoming and are very strict on any noise during quiet hours. Watching TV for example was too loud for our neighbors. Nothing the host could do, but I would warn future families if they have loud kids to be aware and respectful for the neighbors.

Perfect getaway with friends

The condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked. The bed and pillows in the primary room were amazing, and despite no a/c, it was some of the best sleep of my life. The community was nice. Everyone we encountered at the pool, the courts, etc, were welcoming and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Condo

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was newly remodeled and beautifully done. The condo had everything we needed including boogie boards, umbrellas and a surf board. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and loved the view of the golf course. We enjoyed walking to the nearby beach and the swimming pool. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Lovely South Kona property

Excellent architecture, our building (#7) caught the breeze and was super quiet. Not a party destination which was wonderful. Great access to sunset shoreline. Nice pool and the location was close to groceries, Longs Drugs, Saturday market. Kinda weird was only plastic drinking glasses - we went to thrift store and got a couple of real glasses.

Really liked the place.

It was a great place to stay, everything was clean and it has everything u need for a stay, from dishes and silverware to towels and beach towels. No AC but it’s not really needed since at night it was really fresh with the windows open. Also, very quiet place, great to get away.

Beautiful place and perfect location

We stayed at a few places during our trip to the Big Island and this was by far our favorite. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in a great location only a short drive to many attractions. The open-concept layout of the house made for great airflow and cooled off the place enough at night with all the fans running. It was a peaceful place to stay with enough pots and pans and tools in the kitchen to cook meals and we appreciated the many sitting areas around the apartment for relaxing both on the balcony outside and in the living room inside. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back.

Beautiful condo

The view is gorgeous! There is no air conditioning, but lots of fans and we were comfortable. The neighbors can hear everything so we had a hard time watching tv/listening to music. Other than that this place is absolutely perfect! Close to all amenities and excursions!!
