The Condo
This bright, comfortable 1-bed/1-bath second-floor condo at Ali'i Villas is ideal for couples or a small family . With a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, it's designed for a cozy, comfortable stay.

The living area is designed for relaxing. Large windows and a sliding lanai door invite in Hawaii's famous trade winds, keeping the space naturally cool throughout the day. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving, and most guests find the combination genuinely comfortable even in warmer months. Your dedicated parking stall is located immediately next to the stairs leading up to the unit, making loading and unloading genuinely easy, which matters after a long day out on the island.

Getting Around
Magic Sands is just down the road. Downtown Kailua-Kona, with its waterfront restaurants, shops, farmers markets, and beaches, is a short drive away. The condo sits roughly a mile from the heart of town, making it easy to dip in and out without feeling like you're staying in the middle of the action.

Lovely place with a nice lanai. Close proximity to anything you might need, including a pool and beautiful sunset just steps away from the apartment. It’s nice to be among locals, rather than in a resort, but be aware people live and work here, so there is some early morning noise as people leave for work. Having amenities like water shoes, beach mats, and snorkels was a nice touch. Loved having a washer and dryer. Felt like home for 8 days.
