Light and bright Kailua apartment on the first floor of our new home. It has it's own entrance and living space. New home and new listing. Elegant and clean and tastefully appointed. Minutes to some of the most beautiful beaches in the World and the famous town of Kailua.

This property is on the 1 floor up from the street and is accessible by stairs. The bedroom has a view of the ocean. There is a small front gathering space.

We offer a 30 day exclusive user agreement to allows our guests to have confirmed access for a minimum of 30 days from the date of check-in. This is provided in accordance with Transient Accommodations Regulations. For additional information, please message us.

Great trip for work

The house is one of the nicest I have stayed in in Kailua. The room was a little warm at night when I was trying to sleep but Adrien (the home owner) told me they have a plan to fix that.

Homey lower level apartment

Adrien and Rorie were wonderful hosts and the location of their downstairs apartment was perfect! They left plenty of toiletries and snacks and the property was clean and updated. We just wish there were more windows, as it is a very dark apartment with only two small windows in the bedroom and small skylights in the living room. The curtains couldn’t be moved, so it was difficult to get airflow. We had to constantly ask for the AC to be turned on, as it was a hot week. Even with the AC, however, it was very hot inside. Overall though, the apartment was beautiful and the hosts made sure to make us feel at home, even recommending several places to visit.
