Lovely ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. Great golf course view. New flat screen 68" TV and DVD player in the living room, as well as a 42" flat screen TV. Ac's in both livingroom and Bedroom. Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses, and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away form the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.**

The place was perfect for our little family. It was nice to have a kitchen when we wanted to cook, the pool was great the kids had a blast. The restaurant called Lei Leis was so close. The beaches were 5-10 mins away. Highly recommend. Mahalo !

We had a great time in the North Shore area. The Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay was a very clean, nice, and quiet area. The condo itself was clean upon arrival and convenient to all locations we visited. The only mishap we had was that we weren't able to connect to WiFi, which was very minor compared to all the great things we did in the area.

Great spot. Nice and quiet with easy access to the beaches and walking trails. I was very excited to discover Kawela Bay. Highly recommend to check out some sea turtles away from some of the crowds. Easy to get in and out of and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great experience.

This is our third stay at Turtle Bay condos and we’ve enjoyed each stay. The unit has everything you need and is in very good condition. A couple of things need to be addressed but have notified the property manager directly. They did not affect our stay. Love the grounds, pool, beach and quiet neighbourhood. Definitely able to kick back and relax.

safe, clean and comfortable!

The unit worked very well for me and my husband.I loved the breezes coming through the from the patio and he appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. If we had any questions, the property manager was very helpful and friendly. The easy access to the stores and beaches at Turtle Bay resort was an extra bonus. I also appreciated that 10 pm -8am quiet time that was expected of guests.

The bathroom has been updated so that was a bonus as well as a new fridge. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There were some baby cockroaches but that was not a deal breaker. So I reached out to Kuilima Estates for the remaining 3 nights, they were very friendly, and extremely helpful in finding us accommodations on very short notice and we hade a great time - very nice place. Thank you for saving our vacation.

Reviewer Comments: adequate facilities. comfortable bed & sofa bed. good number of towels. also w/d was key!had some trouble checking in, as the front door combo was not what was originally communicated. thankfully, a security guard was able to connect with management and get us in the unit. whew!however, the unit was clearly dated, with lots of dings and nicks, and worn items. also, each day, we happened to find one dead cockroach. one by the dining table, one under media console, one under the a/c, one in kitchen :(

We were not in the unit much since we were in a golf tournament with a group so it provided an adequate place to sleep and shower.
