Great location but poor service

We had a longer stay in this condo and enjoyed the location as well as the area shared swimming pool. However, upon late arrival we tried to get in contact with anyone who could help us get thru the gate at 6pm on a Saturday evening.. we got an email response two days after we arrived.. The shower did not work downstairs, so we followed the instructions and emailed without any response... Part from the service, everything was great, front door got a code lock that was very useful and part from a few ants in the kitchen (and the none working shower) we found the condo clean and practical.
Stayed 9 nights in Feb 2020
