７人家族、3世代(80歳代も3人含む)で2部屋利用。新緑と清流が素晴らしい景観でした。GW価格で割高料金でしたが、それでもお得！朝夕バイキングは評判通り凄い品数で、旬の工夫されたメニュー豊富！デザートも全部美味♪皆さん大変満足されていました。温泉も景色、温度共に良し。自然派ハーブティーやアイスキャンディーもいい。和室と洋室利用しましたが、布団はひいてありました。また、ゲーム部屋が最高！！チェックインしてすぐ翌日分まで予約しに行ったので、全種類満喫。特にモルックがあってビックリ、予約が無しで無料で色んなゲームあり。 2つだけ残念な点は、和室の丸い照明が低い位置にあって、頭が触れたらホコリが落ちてきたのが「うわっ！」となった点と、せっかくいい旅館なのに、他レビュー同様スリッパだけ残念。マイスリッパ持参が良いかも。清掃員の方や調理場など裏方含め、本当にお世話になりました。また利用します。

客室はキレイでした。大浴場の脱衣場にある鏡前に置いてある備品周り一帯がが埃が被っており、何故ここは拭き取らないままなのだろうと思いました。卓球やビリヤードで楽しめ、カラオケも無料なら尚良いのになと思いました。朝食の生ジュースやフレンチトーストは値がありました。また泊まりたいです。

夕食のメニューは豊富で味も美味しかったてすが、 繁忙期のためか夕食の時間が3部制に分かれているのですがこちらで指定する事が出来ず、ホテル側で時間を勝手に指定されるのは少々不満です。 周辺関して観光できるような場所もなく 時間を潰すのも館内に卓球などの遊びもあるにはありますが、予約制や時間制ではなく 譲り合ってどうぞという形をとってるので 改善されればいいなと思います

部屋、食事、お風呂、とても良かったです。周辺の散歩もできてよかったです。 気になった点は、 朝食は、窓側の席は人通りが多く、気になる。スタッフも無駄に頻繁に往来するので気になる。通路に背中が向くようにするなど、工夫が欲しい。 娯楽施設は、空気を読めない家族や団体が一定数いるので、15分毎の、当日記入予約にして欲しい。あからさまに並ぶのは気が引けるが、なんとなく待っている家族になかなか譲ろうとしない方々が多い。
