The location and view are definitely selling points for us. We spent so much time in the morning enjoying the sunrise and the birds and trying to spot whales. Overall we found the amenities in the kitchen to be sufficient. There was nothing we were without. We really appreciated things such as tin foil, measuring cups, vegetable peeler, grater and resealable glass containers which made storing leftovers easy. There is a coffee pot and Keurig machine available as well as blender.Having salt and pepper and some assorted spices was nice. The amount of laundry soap and dishwasher soap etc was really appreciated and the welcome binder was easy to follow and was informative. We appreciated the small fan and iron/ironing board that was supplied as well as what was supplied for the beach ( hard shell cooler, beach towels, and (6 beach chairs -4 low ones, 2 folding chairs) We found the bed and pull out couch to be comfortable and there were ample towels. The two pools were great. The water was comfortable temperature and there are plenty of pool chairs and having pool towels provided was appreciated. There is a small rental shack on property where you can rent boogie boards, different floaters, umbrella,snorkel gear, beach stuff at reasonable rates. There are a couple of shops in the resort for odds and ends such as ice, treats, sunscreen etc and prices are comparable to other places such as ABC STORES. There is a nice beach front walking path close by as well.
