My family and I were thrilled with the property, the rooms, the staff, and the view from the balcony. The kids enjoyed not just the pool on property but also the terrific slide next door at the Hyatt Regency available to guests also. We would definitely stay here again and also highly recommend the Hyatt Vacation Villas. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was such a great stay!! We really enjoyed everything about it. The only negative is you have to use valet parking - no self parking. The amenities were Fantastic and grounds were beautiful! Our room location was superb and we had great views of the ocean and would love to return sometime here soon!

We love this property and the staff there is great. The only downside is we were woken up from noise from the room above us every morning from 6:00 am to 8:00 am, It sounded like someone was running or bouncing a ball.

Hotel n pool were excellent I did not like the hidden fee of the parking of the car fee of $55 a day very upsetting. N the $49 a day fee for essentials . Would not come back to this hotel n Sad that Expedia didn’t mention those fees either.

We loved our stay. 2 bedroom village on the 2nd floor. Easy to see when the pools weren't busy, great view of the ocean, perfect location for the Resort. There is a complimentary Trolly that takes you to Whalers Village and Safeway. Everyone was really nice. Room was clean, perfect vacation. Thank you!

The one bedroom/bath was very spacious. Fully appliance stocked kitchen. Saved a lot of money eating breakfast in the room every morning. They have an adult only pool. Another perk. We will definitely come back.

We had a beach view balcony and the room was very clean. We stayed a week and the great staff cleaned daily. Every one was very friendly and helpful. The parking is valet and your car is always ready when you need it.

Great stay with family. My one negative comment is your things are taken away (incl any personal belongs) if you vacate your lounge chair after 60 minutes they have the right to take away. Asking hotel staff where our missing things were taking.

Our stay was awesome!!! The property is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, tiki bar, and nightly golf cart rides to Whalers Village. All of the staff at the Tiki Bar(Max and the 3 others) were so wonderful as was Audrey around the pool! The only suggestions are to put a flap at the bottom of the in room shower as we had so much water leaking out every time we showered. The washer and dryer(while very loud) were a tremendous convenience!!!

Absolutely exceeded expectations. Such awesome spacious rooms to be at the location they are, although expensive is a bargain compared to others in the area. Save so much to eat in the room. Pool was sooo perfect for kids.
