The ocean views are even more impressive than the photos.

The property is amazing, and the condo was well furnished. My family saw many whales from the lanai, and the beach was so much fun. There are plenty of restaurants/food trucks that are easily walkable, and the grocery store across the street is very convenient. My family is content and relaxed.

We had a great time at Honua Kai. Amazing property. Great view from the room. Saw lots of Whales jumping from the room. Went during spring break and the resort didn't seem that crowded. The pools and grounds were in great shape. The room had everything a higher end unit should have. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The view of this place is STUNNING! I really can’t thank Jaleh enough for her great communication! We had issues with checking in late at night and she answered promptly and was able to help! Even the hotel staff acknowledged that most property owners don’t answer phones that late at night! There was a large leak upon our check in but it didn’t reoccur after we cleaned it up the first time thank goodness. Overall would definitely stay here again, the resort is great and provided the perfect space for our group of 6!

Perfect Paradise Awaits

Fabulous three bedroom three bath top level, oceanview apartment. Plenty of room for all, large dining area, kitchen and lanai. Whales blowing offshore every day, all day, and great offshore snorkeling.

Great trip

Had a great time. The place was great and had everything we needed. They advertised dive gear and beach equipment which it had, but some of it was broken. It would be nice if there was a system for them to check and replace anything broken. For example, we got to a beach and the umbrella was broken.. otherwise great trip would stay here again. Thanks

In my opinion, this place is advertised. We had 6 adults in our party and everyone loved the unit and the property. Duke’s is on-site, pool and cabana service was great. Beach has spectacular snorkeling right off the property. Love, love love it, here. We will return

Great Condo Amazing Views

This was our first trip to Maui. We picked this property for the ocean view, amenities, and Whale Watching. This property exceeded our needs and expectations for a family vacation. Host was prompt and available to anything we may have needed during our stay. Including beach gear/towels, chairs, barbecue utensils for outdoor, but inside was emasculate with having coffee pots for Keurig,, espresso, and full dishes, pots and pans glassware you would/should need on VACATION… Was definitely a home away from home on Maui. 😀 Property was well maintained clean and quiet, yet close to elevator with quick access to pool, beach and dedicated underground parking.

Three BR AWESOME view

Kitchen a little worn 4 spoons for 6 people? Could use a cookie sheet, cake pan, and a good cleaning of the gas stove. Miscommunication between resort and property management. They thought our group was 2 instead of 6 took a couple days to get the right number of keys. Also televisions were not working took a couple days to get them fixed. .

Great family vacation

Biggest draw, of course, is the view. Gorgeous. Wonderful space for a family. There were five of us. Having three bedrooms was a huge plus. Lot’s of space for everyone. The kitchen is very nice with good appliances. There were no baking dishes however. Also there was no dish soap or sponges. No big deal but prepare to supplement what is needed in the kitchen if you plan to cook much. There were spices and a coffee maker and stop top pots and pans. We had no problem getting take out anywhere but reservations for dining in were tougher to get. The food truck court is just a few blocks away and very fun. Also there is a grocery store within walking distance ( or a very short drive). We brought our own snorkel equipment but there were plenty of supplies there. We did not bring water socks and should have. We all cut our feet. My son got seven stitches. I should have known better- all Hawaiian islands have volcanic rocky beaches. There are many sandy beaches nearby. Napili (sp?) was just a few minutes away snd was fabulous for kids. We even saw turtles. We would definitely return and rent this vrbo again!

When we arrived the sheets and comforters were not washed. Some of the glasses were also dirty. After we did some laundry the place was great.
