Fantastic house and pool. Amazing setting surrounded by woods and mountains, with a river below. Great place to get away from it all but also have Juzcar nearby for dinner and smurfs! Was initially worried about lack of reviews but there are lots of positive reviews on another site. Good communication with the host.

Literally Perfect

We stayed at Casa Barranco for 10 days and our only regret was that we didn’t book longer! The drive to the house is not for the faint hearted, steep mountain roads, dirt tracks and no signs, but it was more than worth it when we arrived! Our hosts were so helpful, they made us feel so welcome and came to find us when we got a bit lost! The house was immaculate, the grounds perfect, the pool pristine! The countryside is beyond beautiful and we loved listening the river below the house. There were some small hiccups with the hot water and one day we experienced a power cut but our host did everything possible to get these resolved as quickly as they could. During our stay we had visits from a family of wild pigs, a wild pony and some gorgeous puppies, you really are in the wilderness! The only advice I would impart is to stock up on your groceries before you arrive, the nearest supermarket, in Ronda, is about 40 minutes away by car. A perfect holiday, we will be back, thank you so much!
