"Between the River and Nature" Guest House

Our stone house will seduce you with its green natural environment and the Ainac stream, a small natural stream, nearby.<br>Access to the cottage is easy, it is located in the heart of the hamlet of Le Chayne, visible from the small road leading to the various villages of the Besorgues valley.<br>The property is gated for everyone's safety and a carport or motorbike shelter is available. There is also room for your bikes.<br>Games are available for children.<br>Deckchairs and barbecue are on the agenda for the older ones, in the shade under the covered terrace or in the beautifully landscaped garden!<br>We will be pleased to welcome you and present you our cottage in which you will have:<br>. on the first floor, a living room-kitchen and a spacious living room with wifi connection, flat screen TV (TNT channels)<br>. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining (3 beds in 140, 1 extra bed in 90 for children), a separate toilet, a bathroom<br>. A laundry room with a 2nd shower room with toilet is accessible from the garden.<br>The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility (floor and existence of steps between some rooms).<br><br>Numerous hikes from the house as well as magnificent swimming spots without forgetting the leisure activities a few kilometers away: canoeing, tree climbing, visits to castles and villages of character.<br>You are only 10 minutes from Vals-les-Bains, known for its thermal baths and casino, where you will find all shops and a municipal swimming pool.<br>And if you have an electric car, you should know that you will find a suitable and secure charging point in Vals-les-Bains or Aubenas (which we cannot offer you here).<br><br>The house is a very comfortable functional place that can accommodate up to 6 people. <br>Linen is free for stays of two weeks. <br>However, it can be provided with an extra charge (sheets and towels 10 euros/person), as well as a cleaning fee of 90 euros also at your request.<br><br>It is the ideal place to take a nature break and recharge your batteries!!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable: la maison était parfaite, spacieuse, fraîche, très bien équipée, l’accueil chaleureux et attentionné, le cadre incroyable avec la fraîcheur de la rivière qui nous a fait oublier la canicule de l’été 2026, et à deux pas de sites magnifiques et de très beaux villages. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Location très agréable

La location est très agréable, parfaitement équipée, que ce soit pour le matériel de cuisine, le jardin, ou les jeux divers et variés. Logement bien situé pour profiter de la région et en particulier de la superbe nature environnante. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques, à l'écoute de nos demandes. Un merci particulier à Séverine pour sa gentillesse.
