This unit is sun drenched with a spacious open floor plan, overlooking the tranquil community lake. Perfect views for morning coffee or evening cocktails! Brand new furniture, linens, flooring, quartz countertop, bathroom tile, and kitchen appliances, and more! Private laundry inside the condo. Two bedrooms with king size bedrooms, and one queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate six guests. One bedroom can be set up with two twin beds, in place of a king bed, upon advance request.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned condo. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
