This beautifully updated condo is the largest of three individually rented vacation stays within the building, featuring stylish coastal decor, spacious accommodations, and something truly special: a private walkway leading directly to the beach, less than 100 feet from the soft sands and sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean.



Unlike many comparable beach rentals, there's no need to cross busy streets or walk several blocks to reach the ocean. Simply step outside, follow the walkway, and enjoy the beach within moments!



Located at the historic Pierless Beach access, this second-floor condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with two living areas, three bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, a covered porch, and a rooftop viewing deck with glimpses of the ocean. Perfect for families, couples traveling together, and group getaways!



THE SPACE



Living Areas:

Two comfortable living spaces provide plenty of room to gather or unwind. The main living room features a sectional sofa and large flat-screen TV, while the second lounge offers additional seating and a brand-new queen sleeper sofa accommodating two guests.



Kitchen & Dining:

A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kitchen essentials. Enjoy breakfast bar seating for five, a dining table for eight, and access to a small private balcony.



Bedrooms:

• Primary Bedroom: King-size platform bed, 55" Roku Smart TV, blackout curtains and blinds, USB charging station, private workspace, and upgraded en-suite bathroom.

• Second Bedroom: King-size bed, 55" Smart TV, blackout window treatments, and access to the shared bathroom.

• Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, blackout window treatments, private desk, and access to the shared bathroom.

• Additional Sleeping: Brand-new queen sleeper sofa in the second living area.

Two upgraded full bathrooms featuring tub/shower combinations with new glass doors, double-sink vanities, LED-lit mirrors, fresh towels, hairdryers, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

TRAVELING WITH A LARGER GROUP?



The Sandstone features three separately rented vacation condos within the same building: two 2-bedroom units and one 3-bedroom unit. If you're traveling with extended family, multiple couples, or a larger group wanting to stay together while enjoying separate accommodations, additional units or even the entire building may be reserved, subject to availability. Please inquire about booking multiple units!



THINGS TO KNOW



• This reservation includes Unit 11 only. The other two condos are rented separately.

• Accommodates up to eight guests, including the queen sleeper sofa

• Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old

• Signed rental agreement and copy of the booking guest's driver's license required

• No pets permitted in the condo or on the beach

• Second-floor condo with rooftop access via a spiral staircase

• Two assigned parking spaces behind the building; additional public beach parking is subject to availability
