Views! Urban wilderness! House on the beautiful Alaskan coastline. Stay 5 minutes from the Capital and 15 minutes from Eaglecrest. This is a newly constructed unit with high ceilings and nice architectural touches. The space features an open floor plan, tons of light and a pristine bathroom with a large, tiled, walk-in shower and polished concrete floors. The kitchen is fitted with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher. Please note, we have a full-sized washer and dryer.CBJ1001334

Your apartment is all yours and then free reign of the beach and boat house.

The entire unit is yours... please enjoy beach access and our little “boat house”.

When you visit we will be out of town, but are we are always available via text. No question is too small.

This space is on our beach where whales, deer, otters, eagles and porcupine have all been spotted in our back yard. The only bear was a baby in my neighbor's attic-- don't ask. Just up the street is the trailhead for the Tredwell trail with all its alpine spender.

We are located just over the bridge on Douglas Island. A $5 dollar Uber or 15 minute walk puts you in downtown Juneau.

Our location couldn’t be better: beautiful and neat as a pin.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
