Very low key no nonsense property. Amenities were excellent- in room washer and dryer, separate bedroom area, 2 tvs, full fridge and stove. Microwave- I didn’t need , but would have been great on a longer stay. Not fancy though.

This was a very roomy accommodation within walking distance to downtown and just steps away from a delightful park and boardwalk. Staff are helpful and the shuttle to the airport a factor of our decision to stay there. The unit was clean with the exception of the upholstered furniture which is dated and heavily stained.

The hotel was perfect. We had the penthouse with a full kitchen and a terrific view of the mountains. The hotel is situated just far enough away from downtown and the cruise ship chaos. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is right next to a park with a whale sculpture and walkway. We hiked every trail in Juneau.

I was on my first trip to Juneau, solo. My suite was very clean, which I really appreciate. Staff was so kind and helpful. I picked the front desk staffs’ brains several times about best ways to get somewhere, good, etc. and never once did they act like they minded or I was being a bother. The other staff was also friendly and top-notch Coffee in the lobby was a nice plus, as was the airport shuttle. It’s a little walk into town, but not bad at all. I really loved my stay, highly recommend them, and plan to come back! Additionally, families would benefit from staying here as well, due to the full kitchen!

Once we arrived at the hotel, everything was fine. Don’t wait for the shuttle bus for airport pick up. Our dependence on the shuttle delayed our hotel check in by over an hour. It’s only a 15 or less minute drive to the hotel from the airport. Just spend the $20 on a taxi or uber. They were very good.
