The staff was great. It's super helpful that they shuttle to/from both the airport & ferry. This was our 3rd stay with them. And have a future date booked. Overall clean & in good repair.

While the staff was very friendly, particularly with the pick up from the airport (although the hotel is within walking distance), the building is not very nice and smelled funny. Expensive for the place.

Very large rooms, almost big enough to be called an apartment. Full kitchenette with dishes, stove, dishwasher. Closets and dressers too! Perhaps a bit vintage but comfortable beds and very convenient access to airport via the shuttle.

I was assigned a room with kitchenette which was not at all clean. The front desk person immediately came and cleaned it. Appreciated that. Had a decent stay, close to the airport.

The room was not very clean. There was hair in the bathtub caulking around the bathtub is horrible. The furnishings are something homeless people might not even sit on, but the shuttle to from the airport was great.

Ok. This is not a 5 star hotel. Remember, if you’re going to Alaska, it’s mostly going to be rugged. This is a rugged hotel. Old amenities but I wasn’t expecting much. Bed was comfy. We had fans to drone out noise. Used the kitchenette to cook a little. The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful— connected us with a great driver Cathy to get around and to learn about Juneau, find a local grocery store, and make recommendations of where to go. My 8 year old daughter and I had a great trip.

The rooms were expensive, dated furniture and decor, cheap sheets, towels, pillows and toiletries - in quality and quantity. The rooms were surface clean, but gross when you look a little closer - especially the bathroom. Juneau hotels clearly has a monopoly on the market with all the cruise lines coming in and out. The only reason we chose this property was because it was close to the airport for a 5 am flight, but even that wasn’t helpful because the earliest shuttle left at 4 am. With Alaska Air’s policy of not accepting checked bags 50 minutes before a flight, we ended up renting a car to make sure we could get to the airport in time. More money spent, but glad we did that because there is nothing around this property for dinner or anything to do.

The whole place, especially the rooms could use a good dusting and carpet and upholstey shampooing. Our bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and one of the towels was dirty. As if they just folded it and put it back after someone used it (had blood or poo streak on it). Toilet was dirty too. Other than that, the property had everything we needed including a free airport shuttle. Could have used a regular coffee packet in the room, it only came with decaf.
