A rustic, old-time feel but very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. If you have a car, be sure to ask where to park. I will stay here again next time I'm in Juneau.

For such an old historic building I thought our room with kitchenette and bathroom was fine and the location was great! The bar was friendly. I guess the people going up and down the stairs was a little noisy, but I never heard any bar noise or loud music. All in all it was perfectly fine for us.

Very cool experience staying at the oldest hotel in Alaska! Definitely a different vibe than a standard hotel if you are looking for a unique stay. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the location very much being able to explore downtown Juneau.

Love the hotel. Wishing for some air movement or air conditioning. It was over 90 in the room. Even with the window open. Had to open the door to the hallway to assist in air movement. The bar tender was great. All the help was great. Very clean. We could install air conditioning or assist in doing so. I didn’t realize parking was going to be an issue. I know now.
