The Check in was great, the room had everything that was needed, including a fridge. It was mostly clean, but some of the corners looked moldy. (Maybe it was a poor grout job). A few holes in the walls, lamp shade in poor condition. The pool was outside and it is late October so it was understandably cool water. I thought I was told breakfast was from 6:30 - 9:30, but we arrived at 6:40 and it was dark and locked up. We left at 6:55 and no one was there yet. The price was great.

The room was not what was advertised! The room was small, the bathroom tiny, the swimming pool was more like a bigger hot tub. Although it was clean, everything felt dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. The 'portrait' on the wall was nothing more than a sticker with a frame around it. Very disappointing! I will hand it to the person who took the photos for this ad, AI really polished up for you

The hotel itself was really cute and had a lot of charm — from the décor to the cozy atmosphere, it definitely had potential. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient, which made my stay easier. That said, I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The room didn’t feel as fresh as it should have, and some areas clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. With a little extra effort in maintaining the rooms and common areas, this place could easily be a 5-star experience. Overall, I loved the vibe but hope they step up the cleanliness to match the charm.

It was a good experience. My wife and I went to a wedding at theYO Ranch and being from Sherman, we wanted to get closer so we wouldn't have a big drive on the day! The hotel was good! Right off highway we needed to be on. Very comfortable, slept well.

The woman who checked me in at 11:45 pm walked all the way behind the hotel at midnight while I was unpacking my car and just stared at me. When I asked her if she was spying on me she didn't say anything but continued to stare. It was disturbing to say the least. THEN, I found what appeared to be a tiny camera on the TV. I took it off and called Expedia who then called the front desk, and either that woman or her husband said it was a Webcam! I'm like why on earth would they have a webcam on the TV in a guest room?? By this time I was freaked out and while still on a chat with Expedia who was communicating with the front desk, I told them if they weren't going to refund me (which they refused to do when Expedia asked them) then they better not come to my room or I would call the police. It was past midnight, I was exhausted and I would just go to sleep and leave first thing in the morning. But then,THEY called the police on me! For What? Saying I would call the police if they kept harassing me?! I don't know. But the police showed up and I showed the officer the device and the full transcript of my chat with Expedia. I have it ALL documented and am filing a police report for harassment and unlawful spying. These people are crazy. I usually stay at Marriotts but there weren't any in Junction, Tx. Anyway, it was a straight up nightmare from the get go. In the morning they sent another family member to where I was packing my car to spy and try to intimidate me again!

Leftover caliche dirt in the parking lot bounced up on my bike during a fast hard rain turning it white. Aggravating and had to use hose on property to clean off. Massive clumps of dirt which feel off a trick should have been cleaned up.
