In the small village of Junas, house with swimming pool that has just been completely renovated with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room in the vaulted cellar, a dining room and a kitchen.
The house is fully air-conditioned.

The small village of Junas is nestled in the heart of the scrubland for magnificent hikes.
For the 1200 inhabitants, there is the Comptoir du Junasol (organic food shop) and its tobacco bar the Ibar which has its restaurant on its roof top.

Junas has become famous for its famous open-air jazz festival (Jazz in Junas) which takes place every year at the beginning of summer in the Junas quarries.

Junas is located 20 kms from Nimes and 30 kms from Montpellier, the sea is 25 minutes away.

There are many typical village markets (Sommieres, Congénie, Calvisson, Lunel, ..) there are tree climbing activities, equestrian centers, playground and others.

La maison est vraiment agréable à vivre dans un village authentique et très joli avec de belles randonnées à faire notamment les carrières du bon temps.Les lits sont confortables mais l'état des matelas est moyen, dommage.Il y a quelques points à améliorer sur l'équipement, lave vaisselle, les casseroles. Mais la maison est super!
