The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, combination hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a living/dining room opening onto a south-facing terrace, and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a washbasin, a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a washbasin, a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a washbasin, a bathroom, and a separate WC. In the basement, you will find a washing machine and a shower for rinsing off after the beach. The enclosed garden includes garden furniture and a barbecue.
End-of-stay cleaning is included: €150.
