Truly enjoyed our visit. We called to inform the front desk that we would be arriving late and were informed that someone would be waiting for us with the room key. The night manager was super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast here is always above and beyond. We always enjoy this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gold Rush Hotel while our daughter attended camp nearby. The hotel has a charming historic feel and is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Julian. Our room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located on the first floor, making it easy to bring our luggage in and out. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have its own parking lot, so parking is on the street. We didn’t have any issues finding a spot during our stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. The bed and breakfast vibe was so perfect for a cozy stay. You can play board games in the parlor in the evening or take them to your room. Make sure to get to breakfast at opening time if you don’t want to wait since there are only 5 or 6 tables for dining.
