The space
Spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful grounds, and expansive deck overlooking breathtaking panoramic mountain views. On clear days, you can even see all the way to the ocean. Start your mornings with coffee as the sun rises over the mountains, and end your evenings with unforgettable sunsets, fresh mountain air, and star-filled skies.

Inside, the living room features vaulted wood ceilings that create a bright and open atmosphere, while thoughtfully selected furnishings blend comfort with elevated mountain style. Every detail has been designed to create a warm, peaceful, and refined retreat.

Step outside and enjoy the large deck complete with a hammock for relaxing and soaking in the scenery, along with a conveniently located BBQ area perfect for outdoor dining. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience during your stay.

For year-round comfort, the home includes central air conditioning, heating, fans, and an air purifier. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided so you can set the perfect atmosphere while relaxing in the space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, along with coffee (Keurig and French press), tea, olive oil, and a selection of spices.

Surrounded by nature, you’ll often hear the peaceful sounds of great horned owls and other local birds. Deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife are frequent visitors to the property, adding to the tranquil mountain experience.

Enjoy access to Pine Ridge View and all of the home’s amenities while staying in the private master bedroom and bathroom suite. The remainder of the home, including the additional bedrooms, will be securely locked off and unoccupied, allowing you to experience the property, views, and comforts of the home at a lower price point.

We are pet-friendly ($65 per dog, per stay). Please note that the property is not fully fenced.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all property, except additional 3 bedrooms, along with full access to the grounds and outdoor areas.
The garage and locked-off areas of the home are not included.

Other things to note
**ABSOLUTELY NO fire pits or other flame producing items on the property or surrounding areas. Julian is high and dry. Fire danger is a real threat here and any outdoor fires are illegal.

***Violation may result in county fines, forfeiture of your deposit, and immediate removal from the property.

**We always put our guests safety first. This home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest. The linens are washed and dried in the hottest setting.
