Nice hotel location but with poor service and very poor cleanliness. Mold in the bathroom floor and walls. Dust and last guests “forgotten hair” under the bed. Damaged walls. Old bed linen (from 2015). It seems they just don’t clean it !

a comunicação com a recepção foi insatisfatoria, pois demoraram a atender, falta de toalhas de banho e rosto, banheiro sem box, no momento da reserva, só fii disponibilizado apartamentos do tipo PNE , sem estacionamento privado, estacionamento cobrado a parte, torneira da pia, sem água quente, chuveiro com considerável resposta para água quente, isolamento acústico precário, pois foi possível ouvir o som da televisão do apartamento ao lado, não faria nova reserva no hotel.
