My room was really dirty. Dusty everywhere, bugs on the blanket, hair all over the shower. On the second night the AC stopped working. I called the reception desk and all I got was an apology that there was nobody available to do maintenance at the moment. I think that at least they should have offered another room for me.

Quarto com cheiro horrível. Tive que trocar. Depois, no novo quarto, a porta do banheiro não fechava e a do box do chuveiro também não. Quanto fui tomar banho, molhou todo o banheiro. O funcionário foi muito prestativo, secou o chão e trocou as toalhas. No quarto, os edredons não estavam embalados, provavelmente não foram lavados depois que o último hospede usou. Preferi não usar apesar da noite estar fria. O café da manhã, os ovos mexidos estavam frios e o café acabou e não houve reposição, pelo menos até o momento que estive no salão. Viajo com frequência e costumo me hospedar no Ibis. Esse de Juiz de Fora foi o pior que eu já me hospedei, considerando todas as versões de Ibis.

Infelizmente quando chegamos a noite, não tinha vaga para estacionar. Tudo fechado por carros para todos os lados. Porém achei uma vaga e estacionei. Um funcionário da noite chegou de maneira ríspida dizendo que não poderia parar ali. Para não arrumar confusão eu deixei meu carro fora, na rua. E durante a noite, precisei pegar um objeto no meu carro, então tinha um carro na mesma vaga que o rapaz não me deixou parar. Algo de estranho tem. O que será? $$$$$ . Não 👎 sei o que aconteceu.....

A hospedagem foi muito boa, os funcionários são maravilhosos, cordiais e prestativos! O café da manhã é bem servido, tem variedade e o buffet é sempre reposto. O quarto é padrão ÍBIS, pequeno porém funcional, mas o wc é pequeno até demais, mas enfim… entrega o que vende. Recomento a hospedagem, sem dúvida alguma!

Cheguei e meu ar-condicionado não estava funcionando comuniquei a recepção e nada foi feito. No dia seguinte avisei novamente pela manhã e quando retornei à noite estava do mesmo jeito, nem fizeram nada nem deram retorno nenhum, assim como não buscaram solução. Na hora de fazer o checkout não deram absolutamente nenhum desconto ou condição pelo transtorno que me geraram . Paguei preço cheio e passei 2 noites de calor pois nem ventilador não tinha. Absurdo

Estadia para duas pessoas. Somente um travesseiro extra e Somente um cobertor no quarto. No meio da madrugada, fomos acordados 2 vezes com o soar do alarme de incêndio (alarme falso). Ligamos para a recepção e não fomos atendidos. Desci para falar com eles e não nos deram solução. Frigobar barulhento.
