Yes, the menu breakfast was fresh. The food was good. Um, customer service was excellent at the restaurant and customer service. the receptionist overall, everything was great. The beds are too hard though, but I guess that's every a hotel in El Salvador.

They wanted to charge us for towel that according to them we had damaged- had a stain We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was never clean , room was not clean, not a hair dryer. Place closed very early for dinner by 6:30 The price they charge is way too much not worth the place. Thank you

This place has a sewer small we stay for two nights but Noone clean our room The restaurant close at 7:30 and they didn't have most of item in the menu if you're on vacation but has to go to sleep at 7:30 is so bad

My experience was not what I expected. I stayed for four days, and during that time, no one cleaned the room. The bathroom smelled like sewage from the moment we arrived. The food prices were extremely high; a bottle of water cost $2.77 when a store across the street sold it for $1. I definitely would not stay at that place again.

Yes the motel was quick cheking, but the room was horrible, no furniture, no microwave, no refrigerator, no towels, the bathroom sink was cloggid,and the shower.bathroom was dirty.
