"This is a great hotel where its greatest asset is its location. The beach is across the street and there are shops and restaurants everywhere. The daytime reception host seemed a bit off. At one point I’d come down to ask a question and there were already three people in line and I waited while he was talking to the person I believe taking the next shift right in front of everyone. Speaking very loudly and for five minutes all they did was talk to each other. With a line of people you should be devoting all your attention to the people in the line and then when you have no line you can take care of your own business.
