This hotel was a great choice In Juazerio. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The pool was relaxing and they were happy to serve food and cocktails. All together a great weekend stay and I’ll come back for sure.

Limpeza do banheiro deixa bastante a desejar! Falta um cuidado com os revestimentos, vários remendos no revestimentos que dá a impressão de que foi feito de todo jeito. As portas dos quartos são na cor preta, assim que você abre tem dezenas de murissocas nas portas e acabam entrando no quarto.

Estacionamento agora está cobrando, quartos não estavam tão limpos, encontramos restos de salgadinho embaixo das camas, piscina suja, sem atendimento, garçons no café da manhã de cara feia, achando ruim quando pedíamos algo que tinha acabado e eles não estavam fazendo reposição, decepção pelo preço alto.

A academia não faz parte do hotel ela é paga e não foi mencionado nas informações. Tem secador no banheiro, que também não foi informado. O banheiro está precisando de limpeza, a área do box está muito suja( piso, paredes e vidro do box). A janela sem terminar, faltando o acabamento. O vaso solto. Torneira do banheiro estava solta. Para um hotel novo, o banheiro necessita de manutenção. A varanda suja e as cortinas com as pontas despencadas. A cama, chuveiro e o frigobar são ótimos. O café da manhã também. O check in deveria ter dois atendentes. Muita demora e 15:00 horas os quartos já deveriam estar todos liberados. Achei o check in muito tarde. Praticamente 3 horas a menos no hotel.

Por fora, imponente. Por dentro, decepção.

O hotel precisa de melhorias para ter mais conforto. O quarto não tem isolamento acústico e há muito barulho vindo da avenida. As noites não são silenciosas. Também há muita muriçoca no interior dos quartos.

A hospedagem deixou a desejar!

Achei a qualidade das toalhas e dos lençóis muito fracos. O papel higiênico também. A limpeza também poderia ser melhor no banheiro e o hotel com um grande índice de mosquito.
