Solicitei um quarto com cama de casal e juntaram duas camas de solteiro, uma delas já estava bastante desgastada( funda), blindex com vazamento. Fora isso, tudo ok. Localizado em frente a restaurantes com músicas, incomoda bastante na hora de dormir.

A limpeza da parte externa, assim como dos quartos deixa muito a desejar. Além disso, o lençol é fino e tem muito mosquito. Não se consegue falar com a recepção pelo telefone. Orientações incompletas no check in.

O hotel é bem localizado e o atendimento na recepção foi bom, porém quando chegamos apesar de ser depois das 14h e o checkin iniciar as 13h, não tinha toalhas no quarto o que nos impediu de tomar um banho para relaxar. As toalhas chegaram depois das 17h. No dia seguinte o barulho dos hospedes iniciou por volta das 7h, no mais foi razoavel.
