O hotel parece que já foi um motel e adaptaram para a estadia de hotel. Os quartos precisam de uma boa reforma na estrutura, havia mofo aparente nas paredes. Não é a melhor opção para quem viaja em casal ou família. Não me senti à vontade para dormir na cama, parecia muito velha e os lençóis não estavam muito novos. Solicitei cobertor para dormir, mas estavam com um odor estranho. Contudo, o café da manhã era muito bom, boa opções no cardápio.

O hotel é bem simples e diverge do valor cobrado, os quartos não são limpos com frequência porém não é culpa das camareiras e sim da administração do hotel que não dispõe de enxoval limpo para fazer as substituição, o café da manhã é repleto de itens reaproveitados de um dia pro outro e sem muita variedade, o atendimento na recepção deixa muito a desejar, com exceção das camareiras e das moças da cozinha, todo o resto do atendimento é de péssima qualidade, recepcionistas arrogantes e mal educados.

Um lugar bom, porém o ambiente e os serviços oferecidos eram de uma pousada e não de um hotel. Precisa também melhor alguns pontos, como o atendimento das pessoas do café da manhã e na frente do estabelecimento tem um bar bem famoso na região que a cantoria vai até tarde da madrugada e som fica bem alto dentro dos quartos.
