    Beautiful new villa surrounded by greenery and old stones with superb view of the pool!

    Very welcoming, and bright, the large living room is entirely open to the spacious terrace surrounding the pool. Two of the three bedrooms also have a view and direct access to the beach swimming pool.
    Good to know: the villa was classified 4 stars and 4 ears Gîtes de France on 18/04/25.

    With a surface area of 114 m², the villa accommodates up to 8 people comfortably installed.
    It has 3 bedrooms with large dressing rooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and 1 with bathtub in addition, 2 toilets, a large main room with a superb open fitted kitchen.

    Outside landscaped grounds, beautiful swimming pool of 4 x 10 m with roller shutter, swing, charcoal barbecue.
