INDOORS:
Super roomy and totally cozy at the same time. Wind down in a completely private master bedroom with a queen sized bed and plenty of extra storage. The main living area has a dinette that converts to a twin bed as well as two bunk beds in the rear. Star will sleep 5 comfortably and 6 if 2 wanna cozy up on the dinette bed. Please note, the bunks are easy to climb into for children but a little tougher for large adults.

2 Twin Bunkbeds sleeps 1 each [weight limit on the bunkbeds are only 90lbs]

FEATURES:
The Star Stream is completely equipped with every modern convenience imaginable like a fully equipped kitchen, TV, indoor sound system, shower, toilet, furnace, camping chairs, lights, flatscreen tv, BBQ, s'mores goodies heater, hot water and more but, this is all about camping and the outdoor experience… which is nothing short of amazing! Oh, and did we mention all of that is completely eco-friendly?!

OFF-GRID:
Star is very well equipped yes extremely hi-tech running completely "off grid" with the latest in solar technology... You would be hard pressed to find another rental so well appointed with such a small environmental footprint.

Guest Access:
JT Village Campground is located in a private, completely fenced and secure campground with room for you to roam or just chill by a cozy campfire. BBQ and roast marshmallows just steps away from the trailer! There is tons of room for parking and again, the entire campground is 100% fenced and gated for your privacy and security.

Unlike most RV / camper rentals in the area which are illegal, JT Village Campground is a legally permitted campground with the county of San Bernardino following all environmental and county rules and regulations. There are four other campsites on the 2.5 acre property so you may have some neighbors but sites are few and spaced far apart.

Other Things to Note:

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees.

Please note this is an RV trailer, not a house. This is a "glamping" experience that may require you to patiently wait a few minutes for the central air or hot water to kick in, use a lighter to ignite the oven, etc. We make everything as user-friendly as possible and are a call or text away if you need assistance!

SHARED CAMPGROUND:
You will be sharing the campground with other happy desert visitors. We are a community of Glampers with Sol & Santosha. Please be respectful and bring good vibes only!

FIRE PIT:
You may use the fire pit during your stay. We provide firewood for sale on site. Due to county regulations, you may NOT start an outdoor fire if winds exceed 5MPH. Never leave the fire pit unattended!

BBQ:
We provide charcoal for sale on the campground. We have utensils for your use.

FAMILY:
We are family friendly! No infants are allowed. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT child-proof (ie no outlet protectors, steps, etc). Please see our House Rules for more information.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Keep in mind there is an added $25/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest over the 4th to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count

PETS:
We are dog friendly! No more than 4 dogs per stay. Dogs MUST be approved with your agreement to the pet rules, which we will send to you. Please notify us if you wish to bring any dogs.

ENCLOSED FENCE:
The campground is fully enclosed, that dogs or wildlife can still pass through. Always keep an eye on your dogs!

NO OUTDOOR MUSIC:
Sound travels far in the desert. Take a moment to listen to how much you can hear! Guests must refrain from any outdoor music playing from amplifiers or Bluetooth speakers at ANY time of day or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community even outside of quiet hours. You may play music while in the house with the doors closed, but please only play music from your phone or computer at a low volume while outside. Thank you for being a good neighbor!

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
Please be respectful of the neighbors! We are in a quiet, peaceful area of Joshua Tree. There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution. Use quiet voices and refrain from any loud outdoor noise or disturbances by 10pm. Failure to respect quiet hours or after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

WIFI:
We have the fastest wifi in the area (15mbps), but we do not guarantee these speeds at all hours of the day. We are in a remote area of Joshua Tree so speed depends on the neighborhood bandwidth, weather, and many other factors outside of our control.

PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video for commercial use, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.

WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, coyotes, rabbits, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, and the endangered kangaroo mice.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking unit. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors and at least 15 feet away from any open exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CIGARETTE BUTTS in the property. Animals will pick them up and get sick.
Please help keep the campgrounds clean and do not litter!

LACK OF CELLULAR COVERAGE:
You will notice that cell service is hard to come by in our secluded desert setting. Don't worry—consider it an invitation to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty around you. We recommend planning ahead to make the most of this serene escape from the digital world.

NO TV CHANNELS:
Please note that our TV's on RVs do not have TV channels. Only DVD player is connected.

HOT WATER:
Please note that may not be available during winter months due to pipes freezing.

VERIFICATION: All bookings are protected by TRUVI. Guests must complete a quick ID check before arrival. Check-in details are shared afterward, along with any required agreement to House Rules or Terms.

CHECK-IN FORM: Guests must fill out our check-in form before receiving instructions so we can coordinate our ground team.

HOUSE RULES:
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS: Unregistered visitors prohibited. Strict limit. Guests >4 charged 25/night.
2. CHECK-IN/OUT: In 4PM, Out 11AM. Early/Late requests subject to fees.
3. DOGS: Case-by-case, max 2. Approval required. 75 fee per dog.
4. NO SMOKING: Outdoors only (15ft away). 250 fine. Dispose of butts properly.
5. QUIET HOURS: 10PM-8AM. No outdoor music/noise.
6. DOORS: Keep closed to prevent desert pests.
7. PHOTOS: Commercial shoots require approval/fees. Personal use ok.
8. EVENTS: No parties/weddings without written approval.
9. ACCESS: Staff allowed entry for maintenance.
10. DECOR: No glitter/confetti. Remove all decor by 11AM.
11. KIDS: Children 2+ count as guests. No infants. Unit is not child-proof.
12. SHARED SPACE: Be respectful of other campers.
13. CLEANLINESS: Excessive mess incurs 500 charge.
14. WIFI: Not guaranteed due to remote location. No illegal use.
15. CONTACT: Must be reachable 24/7 per county rules. 1000 fine if unresponsive >30 mins.
16. RESCHEDULES: Treated as cancellations. Requests <15 days must rebook.
17. CAMERAS: Recording at driveway/corners. None inside.
18. PARKING: Max 1 car per 2 guests.
19. DAMAGES: Report breakage. Unreported items incur 100 fee + costs.
20. INSURANCE: Traveler’s insurance recommended.
21. CHECKOUT: Remove trash, wash dishes, leave tidy.
Violation of rules results in immediate cancellation without refund.
