Unwind in two cozy bedrooms—one with a spacious king bed and the other with a comfortable queen bed—promising restful nights in the tranquil desert. The sleek, modern bathroom features a refreshing shower and a concrete-style vanity, adding to the home's high-end feel.

This vacation home is within a 15-minute walk of Joshua Tree Visitor Center, Joshua Tree Art Gallery, and Joshua Tree Community Center. Hi-Desert Cultural Center and Joshua Tree Courthouse are also within 3 mi (5 km).



Other Things to Note:

* City Requirements: The City of Joshua Tree requires all guests to sign an additional written contract prior to arrival. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles. This is managed through a secure portal after your reservation is confirmed.

* Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. Our policy is as follows:

* 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

* No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

* Holiday & Event Bookings: Please note that reservations during holiday and special event weekends are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
