Both bedrooms have king beds with Zinus memory foam mattresses. A foldable queen mattress lives in the primary closet and is available for guests five and six.

Two separate living areas keep things easy when the group wants to split up. Main living room centers on the 70` smart TV, good for movie nights or just having something on.

The garage doubles as the game room. Roll the door up for sunset views while you play a round of shuffleboard or ping pong.

K I T C H E N & D I N I N G

Fully stocked and ready to cook in. Step outside to the propane grill for barbecue nights, corn hole optional but recommended.

O U T D O O R S

Fire up the propane fire pit after dark and let the stars take over. The hammock garden is made for the in-between hours, after a hike, before dinner, whenever you need to do nothing for a bit. Fully fenced yard for anyone who brought the dog.

• Dogs: leashed outside, off furniture and beds, and out of the pool and spa. Please bag their waste.
• Pool and spa: no lifeguard, no diving, no glass. Kids under 14 need adult supervision.
• Fire pit: never leave it unattended. Put it fully out and cover it after.
• Septic: please don`t flush wipes or tampons.
• Keep outdoor trash bin lids closed (keeps the coyotes out!)
• County rules: no outdoor amplified music or bright outdoor lights.
• Stay within the property lines and respect our neighbors.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $50/hr. Just ask!
