Our airstream was clean overall and everyone on the property was very nice. I would stay again at an AutoCamp. I do feel as though things could have been a tad nicer (Upholstery was pretty dirty on our couch & cushions and our shower drain was clogged) however, you are clamping so keep that in mind. The staff is very nice.

Staff were friendly. We arrived at 1:45pm, and informed of the 2:30pm courtesy check in, however we were unable to receive the courtesy check in although others that arrived after us did. By 4pm only one of the campers were available. It is my belief that those who book through a third party are treated differently. Not sure if I'd book through Expedia again

The $400/night price was too high for having a long walk to our unit with our luggage, traffic noise from the nearby highway, and an abysmal included “breakfast” of dry granola with no milk other than some small canisters of half &half etc intended for the coffee. Next time we’ll actually camp for the fraction of the price or stay in a nice hotel.

I loved the location and Joshua Tree. The place is cool but I was expecting more of a vibe. It is just an air stream and the most basic of bar. There was nothing going on there except extended families taking up all of the lobby furniture. They need a cool bar and some more stuff going on there. The place also needs a deep cleaning. It just is kind of dirty everywhere and nothing has like been pulled out and cleaned. This was our first Autocamp and it was cool enough and the Airsteam was comfortable but the overall property was not as cool as the room. They should heat the pool when it's cold out to make it fun and have a real bar with staff and more activities and kid size bikes and just more to do.
