This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring a pet.

This is our second time staying at a Home Base Resort unit, and both times were excellent. The homes are spacious, well-equipped, clean, bright, and comfortable. The location is gorgeous and calming, our dog loved it there, and the host was quick to respond to requests. We look forward to our next visit.

Perfect for our family!

Lovely cabin

This place was well priced and convenient to get to. We were just looking for a simple place to stay while we visited hot springs and did some errands on a short girls trip. The place is spacious, clean, & cozy. I didn’t realize or expect that we would have a TV or kitchen so these were bonuses for us. Despite being close to the highway, we did not hear much traffic noise at all. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Nice Property - with room to improve

This is a nice place really close to Richfield Utah. The description of the property is a bit misleading. It would be more accurate to say this is a 1 bedroom with a couch bed in the living room. It does sleep 4 but there's no place for your teen to be in their own space ;) . There's also a strong flowery scent. If you are sensitive to smells this may cause issues. It's really close the the freeway so it's easy to find. There's no oven so no Frozen pizza. No colander so no spaghetti.
