TV didn’t work due to remote not being programmed, no fridge to keep food cold, and hair in shower and on the bathroom floor. Front desk clerk was nice though (why I gave two stars).

Staff working on January 17th was very rude. We were told one thing and she said no, ypu cannot. Asked for more towels for pool, she brought 3 and said that's all you get and there was 5 people at pool.

This is a wonderful budget property in perfect condition. The rooms, while small, are very well appointed. Linens appear new. Very clean. Big selection of food for breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Great experience.

I have stayed at Sleep Inn a couple of times. It’s very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing . Their breakfast was very good. I had ham and eggs ( eggs were real, not that fake stuff that other hotels provide ). The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Recently remodeled hotel. Reasonably comfortable beds, nice shower, and clean. Good breakfast. Convenient location if you’re passing through. Appreciated the purified water in lobby to fill my water bottle.

Arrived at 2am and the staff were very friendly and professional. As you walk in it smelt good, room was clean, beds were comfortable and all for $100. If you’re passing through Joplin, this is the place for you!

Clean room, nice staff. The lobby and our room smelled great! The breakfast had a good variety of food. There was a heated indoor pool and hot tub that we wished we could have relaxed in but didn’t bring swimsuits. We enjoyed the discount on the restaurant next door (within the same parking lot), inside the shopping center/food court with a Starbucks!
