We really enjoyed this stay, it was well located and the view gorgeous. When we arrived the lady at the front desk gave us a lovely room and also a nice cup of coffee. Breakfast was excellent and we got to sit in the basement that used to be the old factory but now tastefully renovated. We had dinner there as well and the staff was very attentive and professional, nice evening. Highly recommend this hotel

Overall, the stay was great! It would be even better though if we had the chance to pay for the parking at the reception. It might not be owned by the hotel but there can be some fix for it, to ease the hotel's guests.

Make sure you book the breakfast if you want it. Because the reception are not very nice, they have zero empathy for those who accidentally forget to add breakfast. They then think it’s perfectly reasonable to charge 3 times the amount for breakfast. Animals.

Populärt hotell för barnfamiljer med bra rum, frukost och även restaurang som vi testade. men saknade mer saker att göra på hotellet för barn. Quality i Borås hade en användbar arkadhall och lite annat, hade hoppats på något liknande här.

Pysäköinti vaikeaa, hotellin parkkihalli ahdas ja vähän paikkoja vrt hotellin huonemäärä. Ihmeellisen vaikeaksi tehty yksinkertainen asia. Ilmaset popcornit kiva plussa! Sisäänkirjautuminen hotelliin ennätyksellisen vaikeaa ja hidasta. Hotelli siisti ja uusi ja aamiainen hyvä.

Under all kritik ... Med tanke på vad det kostar per natt här så tar dom ut en avgift för frukosten ca 70kr per dag om man inte tar något rum där det ingår med högre pris på rummet inte nog med det ska man boka tid för frukosten och inte bara dyka upp och äta när man känner för det Sen ska man även boka städning vilket låter väldigt konstigt när städaren höll på och städa rummen osv varför inte bara ta alla rum samtidigt Hade ett rum med som hette gaming room med speldator och skärmar osv som inte fungerar för det gick inte logga in på datorn då den fastnade i något läge och personalen hade noll koll eller intresse och väldigt dåligt av hotellet att inte utbilda sin personal om hur saker och ting fungerar eller någon dom kan kontakta men klagade på att alla var på semester osv bla bla Kataatroft ... Även om ansvarig är på semester ska det finnas en chef man kan kontakta och fråga saker och ting om det krisar Fick heller ingen kompensation för besväret Mat och dryck är väldigt dyrt här tom dyrare än i Stockholm

Värdelös kudde som nästan var platt och endast en kudde per säng. Skräp under sängen. TVn fanns ljud men ingen bild… annars var allt toppen! Frukosten var jättebra men lite stimmig med mycket folk.
