I have always liked staying here. Can't give it 5 stars only because of the oversoft beds. Staff are great, free gym is awesome and very good breakfast buffet, free parking with easy access to motorway.

Overall very nice hotel

Nice air conditioned room with plenty of space for our big family, good charging possibility, a beautiful lake to swim nearby, tasty breakfast – overall very nice hotel. There was a bowling hall in the same building which can be a big bonus for a lot of people!

We are a family of four with a grown up son in a wheelchair. We booked the family room which not only is really spacious but also perfectly accessible. The bathroom is large, as is the shower and there's a chair to seat the less mobile guests. The hotel scores overall very well: the sports facilities are abundantly present with an impressive gym and what we liked a lot was the bowling area. The breakfast is limited but excellent. The dinner food is freshly cooked in an open kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the staff.

This hotel is a bit out of the way from the centre of Jonkoping. Take note of this the hotel was clean and a pleasant stay. The deal with an evening meal is handy but the choice is limited. Also you have to register your car for the car park on each day you are there not for the stay. If you return after 11 pm the reception is all closed off and you can’t access the device to re register your car reg. we will see if they try and send me a bill or something.

Bad stay !!

The room was very tiny in the basement with no window or skyport. Room so small that there was not even a chair to sit in, only the bed and the suitcase had to be on the floor. Light switch on bed for reading was broken and fell into a hole. Very bad sound proofing so dlsming in doors or usual talking in the corridor was well heard. Not even a door for the shower, just a short dividing glass wall so water was all over the floor even thou being cautious. All this for the fabulous price of 100 euro/night.

Bewertung Best Western RC Hotel Wir haben in diesem Hotel bereits zweimal ĂŒbernachtet. Beim ersten Zimmer mussten wir direkt beim Check-in eine Beanstandung einreichen – Haare im Bett und Kaffeeflecken an der Wand. Wir erhielten daraufhin ein grĂ¶ĂŸeres Zimmer, was wir positiv bewerten. Leider war die Klimaanlage im neuen Zimmer dauerhaft in Betrieb und ließ sich nicht abschalten. FĂŒr GĂ€ste mit gesundheitlichen EinschrĂ€nkungen – in unserem Fall eine ErkĂ€ltung – ist das ein ernstes Problem, da der konstante Luftzug den Zustand merklich verschlechtert hat. Am nĂ€chsten Morgen wurden wir von der Rezeption darĂŒber informiert, dass das Zimmer angeblich doppelt gebucht worden sei und eine doppelte Zahlung erwartet werde. Erst nach einem Anruf beim Buchungsportal, das die korrekte Buchungslage bestĂ€tigte, wurde die fehlerhafte Doppelbuchung durch eine andere Mitarbeiterin storniert. Das Reinigungsniveau, die technischen MĂ€ngel und besonders das MissverstĂ€ndnis bei der Buchung haben leider einen bleibenden negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Eine baldige RĂŒckkehr ist derzeit nicht geplant.
