Took a long time for the water to get warm and the facet would spray all over the counter. Shower curtain had red stain on it. Floors in the lobby would crunch when you walk on them. Check in took a while even though we booked ahead because the computer were down. And I was only offered a second floor room even though I overheard the person after me was offered a first floor and didn’t book ahead. Breakfast was decent but didn’t have any variety between days. Beds were comfortable and seemed clean.

We were glad it was only for 1 night. We have stayed in Best Westerns before this one byfar was the worst we have stayed in. The room had an odor the beds were vary uncomfortable.

The room itself was nice with 2 queen beds. The bedspread was very thin, and the pillows were like throw pillows. The shower was slow and no hair dryer in the bathroom. We ended up staying another night in another room. The room waa much better. Great thick bedspread and a hair dryer left in the bathroom.

Our room was excellent. After we were in our room about,10 minutes, the fire alarm went off. Barry, the night clerk came up within 5 minutes Changed the battery and was gone Awesome experience 😃

Received no housekeeping after the first night. Housekeeping was spotty at best when we did receive. Room in general wasn't very clean. Kevin at front desk was helpful. The lady who attends to the breakfast area was pleasant and helpful.

We always eat at Cracker Barrel when traveling because they are usually near a nice motel. This Best Western did not disappoint. Beautiful property on the outside and very clean on the inside. Lots of places to meet your friends in the lobby. Snack machine for late night munchies and a complimentary breakfast.

The breakfast choices were great and the ladies in charge of it were very friendly and did a wonderful job keeping the area good warm and fresh! We were told the pool would still be open but it was disgustingly green and obviously had been closed several days before our arrival. The property's back doors didn't seem to ever be locked, so anyone coming into the back parking lot had complete access into the hotel . Also, the hotel needs some fresh basic updates; towels, bedding, paint, etc .
