Our 3 Bed villa with Private Pool set in Tropical Gardens is minutes from Jolly Harbour, with its shops, restaurants, beautiful sandy beach and warm Caribbean Sea

Enjoy looking onto the pool and the beautiful gardens from the large dining table & sun loungers.

The master bedroom ensuite, has an emperor sized bed with patio doors leading out to the pool area

Two additional bedrooms with twin single beds . One twin bedroom ensuite and the other has the main bathroom to the side.

The Beds are made up with superior Egyptian cotton sheets

The property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans

Flat screen cable tv, Bose Smart Speaker System, WiFi coverage throughout

Fully fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher, 4 burner range, American fridge freezer, Air Fryer, microwave, coffee maker, Blender, toaster.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Helen and David’s villa. It’s spacious, comfortable, immaculate and equipped with everything you need. It’s a short walk to the supermarket and all the great new restaurants in the harbour, and a 15mins walk to Jolly Beach which is stunning. Helen and David left really helpful recommendations of places to go and things to do and were really easy to contact throughout. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again myself.

We had a wonderful holiday in Palm Tree House. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely holiday home. The house is so comfortable and well equipped. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need! We loved the pool, garden and the delightful outdoor dining area. The house is in a perfect location for a number of beautiful beaches. There are also great bars and restaurants close by. It was fantastic to be so near to the supermarket - just a 5 minute walk. Communication with Helen and David was excellent. They gave great tips and suggestions for things to do. Really good to have Keeflin at the house when we arrived to show us around. She was amazing at looking after the house and us. Ira was also incredibly helpful - as well as the airport pick up he took us to the cricket and Shirley Heights. Thank you again for a memorable holiday. We would highly recommend this house and we hope to return soon.

Lovely house in a great location.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful tropical house. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome pack appreciated! Communication with the owners was great and they had lots of helpful recommendation of things to do & places to eat.

Fabulous villa with real attention to detail

We have stayed at many villas but this has to be the best equipped by some margin. Not only has the owner Helen thought of literally everything you might need for villa and beach days , but all the equipment and decor is of exceptional quality. Rooms are decorated with thought and style and yet not cluttered in any way. Everything was immaculate thanks to Keeflin the housekeeper who was charming and always available, as was the host. The villa sits surrounded by palms, not overlooked at all by neighbors.it’s a short walk to supermarket, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend. Hire a car as it’s useful to visit the other stunning beaches in the area.

well what can i say about this property and the owners!? the villa is magnificent 3 bedrooms/bathrooms and was spotless and had everything youd need for duration of your holiday.the owners' communication was superb and they couldnt do enough for me.5 friends flew out for the cricket and birthday celebrations and had the most brilliant time...close to bars,beaches,shops etc....just wonderful memories and if anyone is reading this...you will NOT be disappointed if you book this property
