Staff was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was a bit on the less than good side but by no means the worst. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the bathroom in the room felt a bit crap. It had broken tiles and they moved when you stepped on them. The free body wash, shampoo and conditioner were genuinely awful. By the 3rd day, made my hair start falling out; so bring your own.

Everything was fine until they booked a room full of kids in the room above me who jumped and yelled and jumped and yelled until 2:00 AM. I know that is what kids do and it’s not technicality the hotels fault but the room should have been on the first floor away from guest trying to sleep.

The staff was great. The pool was not clean there were chunks of hair floating in it. The room was nice and clean. We were there during a winter storm and the power went out around 1, it kept going off and in everytime kicking the fan off and on. Which kept us up all night which is not the hotels fault, but could have been handled better, out of order signs on elevators. Etc

Check in was great, they had a weird candle burning when you walked in. The smell gave off a * trying to hide something * vibe! The pool and hot tub were shut down till the 14th. I'm sorry, BUT if a hotel is going to close a certain part of their hotel. This should be on their website, so you know NOT to book that hotel. After sitting in a car for 4.5 hours, i was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub. When your MAIN photo for your hotel is the pool and hot tub!! Second, the beds NOT comfy. Sheets and blanket, dirty. Had other peopls hair all over my sheets. I went down after check in, complained. Young lady said, sorry house keeping doesnt arrive till 9am. Mentioned it at check out, samething. Breakfast was good.
