Sim..ar cond. Muito bom.. Equipe bem atenciosa.. Perto de vários lugares.. Shopping, pizzaria.. Lanches sao os melhores na rua de trás. Nao tem estacionamento próprio mas tem um 24h em frente carro ficou bem cuidado.

Quarto limpo, porém com uma acústica bem ruim, ouvia-se tudo do quarto ao lado e ouvia-se o telefone fixo tocando durante a noite e as notificações do WhatsApp também. Isso incomodou bastante durante o descanso. Funcionários atenciosos.

Quarto limpo, organizado, banheiro também limpo, tem regras e elas precisam realmente existir para que fique um ambiente de respeito, nada de barulho depois das 22h é uma delas e muito importante para um bom descanso, e para aproveitar bem o dia de passeio.

A equipe foi bem até atenciosa. O quarto estava limpo, tudo ok. Dois pontos negativos: dizia em um dia anúncios que havia estacionamento no lugar.. o que não era verdade. Destaquei isso no ato e mostrei no anúncio. Ficaram de arrumar. Paguei 20 reais pelo estacionamento terceirizado. A chave tem uma espécie de cartão que mantém a energia elétrica no quarto funcionando.. esse cartão falhou várias vezes e desligava tudo.
