Overall experience is bad. Towels are old and dirty, when askef for additional towels, the staff said there will be 20MYR charge per towel. Bedsheet has stains. Hotel stuffs still working moving room furnitures, mattresses at around 9PM, wheeling ot on the hallway making loud noises. Phone in the room doesn't work well, having difficulty tryingto call the front desk.
