The service staff were excellent and I enjoyed my stay there. However I think the hotel needs to improve on sound proofing and air ventilation within the hotel. 1) We booked 2 rooms but they could not give us adjoined rooms, which was fine. However we had to share a connecting room with a stranger and they disturbed our peace by turning on the TV very loudly until 1.40am and switched it on again at 6am. In conclusion I think it is not ideal to let hotel guests who don't know each other share adjoined rooms. 2) When we entered the other room, it was filled with stale cigarette smell. Throughout the stay, we continued to smell the cigarette smoke, which likely came from the air con vents.

My family like the breakfast, front desk staff serve us during check in and out very good and same as restaurant (breakfast time) very friendly. But the swimming pool on website not expect what we look on that time. haha But, we try to ask extra bed but the staff say cannot because our room too small. and they didn't help us any upgrade room because i with 3 small kids fit at king bed ( the bed size is like queen size bed) we are 5 of us have to squeeze . Friday, i check-in ask for extra towel 2 ( called phone 2 times at front desk) answer but didn't receive. next day going breakfast 5 of us have to share 2 towel and my kids use face towel/ small towel. come back from breakfast i saw housekeeping at corridor and ask towel the staff didn't give but told later they will send. i waited about maybe 15min or more then they send. Thank You!

3 Nights Couple Staycation.

Everything is good except the so call "firm" pillows on bed are still too soft for us, giving us a pain in the neck after waking up in the mornings. Excellent services provided at check in, breakfast lounge and room cleaning. Appreciate the effort.

The staff were extremely friendly that made our stay memorable. Easy check in and the breakfast is great. The hotel is clean and very convenient while shopping round JB. It the best place for family to stay.

Super convenient to walk over from JB Sentral station and the 2 malls (City Square and Komtar) are just beside the hotel. Room (King-size) is spacious and very clean Overall the hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location! Fantastic service

Everything is great! especially the front desk Ms Kathrine. The only downside was one of the lift is not functioning leading to a long wait for the lift. Can see they are putting in efforts to improve the breakfast with teh terik and juicing station.
