The stay was terrible. Chekcin was delayed by more than 2 hours and we got the room after 5:00 pm. We paid for the entire 2 days to park our car and the coupon doesn’t work to get validated. We had to wait for the security for 5-10 mins everytime to get the car out of the parking.

My 3rd time staying in Amari. I’ve always liked this place and how clean & smooth the checked in was. But this time round, I booked 2 rooms and only 1 room is ready for checked in. The other room I need to wait till 4pm then can get in, abit disappointed. As I’ve brought my Auntie from Australia here for a short staycation, this they had to rest in my room for an hour. Hope they do improve in this, last but not least I’ll still come back here again next time. And please do some mosquito control on the hotel lobby reception area, I had 5 big bites from there.

Great experience

Room is comfortable and breakfast variety is massive. Staff members are friendly while checking in and out procedures are seamless. Alhamdulillah. Can see why it’s a favourite with many.

1. The room is spacious and clean 2. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming including the lobby staff. 3. The breakfast spread is good with variety of food choices. However, our plates were not cleared fast due to lack of staff. Besides, there were a big crowd during breakfast as there were people who came for a conference there.
