Would recommend for the price level.

Basic continental breakfast, would have preferred some fresher food options vs microwave foods. Staff was great, room was clean and climate control worked perfectly. Noisy guests were an issue in the early morning hours.

My only true complaint was that the room smelled of disinfectant or their cleaning products which was very unpleasant. I ran the air conditioning and fan which seemed to help.

Our room was terrible. There must have been a water leak. The floor was very damaged. It was slippery. The bathroom door did not work right. There were paint chips all over the floor. Very disappointing and have not had a bad experience here previously.

Don't rent the handicapped room.

We stayed in a handicapped room that had a broken air-conditioner. When the compressor turned on it was like a jet engine reving up for take off. It made a high screeching noise while running. And made the sound of a car engine slowing down when it was shutting off. So we got very little sleep both nights. It's hard for me to believe they didn't knowthey didn't know the air compressor needed to be replaced.

Bed was comfortable, however the room needs some repairs. Flooring tiles were chiped in multiple areas, pealing protective plastic from the refrigerator (never removed when installed) just looks bad, scratched up pictures hanging on the walls and dirty carpets on the 3rd floor hallway.
