"Great property, clean and as advertised. They even provided the garage door opener if you wanted to park in the garage! The only drawback, which didn’t affect us due to the weather, is the AC. The instructions were to not turn it lower than 72 during the day and 68 at night which seems fine but the master is much hotter than the other living areas. Again it was fine for us as it wasn’t hot outside but if it was it could be a problem."

"If you’re looking for nice peaceful getaway, it doesn’t get any better than here. While the road it’s located on is rather bumpy, the view of the hill county more than makes up for it. The private hot tub was well worth the price. The electric fire was a nice touch as well. "

"My kids and I meet up twice a year in the Fredericksburg area for a long weekend of trying new wineries and family bonding. This year I switched it up and booked this location on Johnson City, and it didn’t disappoint! The house was AMAZING, and the game room and backyard entertainment was everything I hoped it would be! Husband and I slept in the detached casita to turn in a bit earlier since we can’t hang with the kiddos, and that space was perfect so us! Loved everything about this home, and the best memories made so far! I’ll be looking for this place in 6 months!"
