Hard working staff tried their best to make up for staffing shortages that were causing less than perfect conditions. I understand that was an issue with other properties as well.

The breakfast was very nice. The only problem we had was getting the TV to work and signing onto the internet. The staff had to come to our room to help. The staff was very helpful but it was frustrating.

BE CAREFUL. At 3am I was woken up by a person opening my locked door. The only reason they weren’t able to get inside my room is because I used the metal plate that blocks it from opening all the way. When I checked in I was given one room key. How someone else got a key to my room I do not know but as a solo female traveler I was terrified. I was unable to feel safe after that and did not sleep the rest of the night. I had to put furniture infront of the door because I did not know if they would be back to try to get in again. I would never stay here again.
