The hotel is noce but thw looks are lackong with faiclites. Has issue with shower not workong properly. Safe was dead amd had to be rebatteried, no iron on room and took long for them to supply one. Hair-dryer was makong a wierd noise and had to get it replaced. Memu at restaurant qas great Over a 7 put of 10

Faulty towers to the max!

Stayed for only one night - thank goodness! Put the air on in room #104 before we went for dinner came back and the room stank of cigarette smoke. The following morning we went for breakfast and asked for a table of seven it took over 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee. In fact the service was so farcical that even the waiter was laughing. I ordered an omelette and it had so much pepper in it that it was inedible. The sausages were cold and because we had to wait so long for the bacon everything else on the plate was cold. So we paid for breakfast and couldn’t even eat it. For a four star hotel it is absolutely diabolical and we definitely won’t be saying in there again.
