We had an excellent stay at the Southern Sun Katherine Street and would happily stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the restaurant served excellent food with great service at every meal. We especially appreciated how safe and comfortable the hotel felt, providing a relaxing base for our time in Johannesburg. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend Southern Sun Katherine Street!

Home from home, a hotel that's not too small that it doesn't have all the facilities and not too big that it's busy, noisy and impersonal. Excellent and I mean excellent dining. Great to relax by the pool and have drinks delivered to you. Great free shuttle to and from Nelson Mandela Square and surrounding shopping malls. Very spacious room/apartment and nice and quiet. Lovely staff and reception helped with all our arrangements for visits to attractions, this helps make our holiday very enjoyable. Thanks you so much and see you again.

Dont stay here!

We left the hotel and booked in somewhere else. The rooms are old, outdated and tired. Chipped cupboards and aan awful “old” smell to the suite. We did not stay at this hotel.
